| NATURAL
CHOICE FOR HEALTHY SKIN & COAT |
| Research shows that linoleic acid,
found in chicken fat and sunflower
oil, is the only fatty acid proven
to help dogs reduce itching and
scratching. That’s why we
add optimum levels of linoleic acid
to all of our Nutro CHOICE products.
More linoleic acid means less itching,
scratching and a more beautiful
dog. We guarantee it! |

| NATURAL
FORMULATIONS |
|
The moment all fats or oils come into contact with
oxygen, they begin to lose their nutrition and flavour.
We have taken special care to preserve the freshness
of our Nutro CHOICE dog foods without the use of
synthetic preservatives. A special proprietary blend
of vitamin C and natural tocopherols (the way vitamin
E occurs in nature) is added to each Nutro formula.
Nutro CHOICE dog foods are also formulated without
artificial colouring agents. |

| SUPERIOR
DIGESTIBILITY |
|
Nutro CHOICE dog foods contain natural,
dried chicken meat, wholesome dried lamb
meat, pure sunflower oil and rice. Although
these ingredients cost more, we know superior ingredients
result in superior digestibility and performance. |
|
| NO
CHICKEN HEADS, FEET OR INTESTINES |
|
We never use ground corn, barley, sorghum or chicken heads, feet or intestines
in our dog foods. Superior digestibility means that
your dog will have smaller, more compact stool and
a reduction in stool volume. Because of the quality
ingredients and high nutritional density in Nutro
CHOICE dog foods, you may actually find it less
expensive to feed. |

| INGREDIENTS
MAKE THE DIFFERENCE |
Real dried chicken and lamb meats are the primary
ingredients in Nutro CHOICE dog foods. Laws require
dog food manufacturers to list ingredients on
labels in a descending order by weight, before
processing. Take a moment to study the ingredients
in your current dog food; you may be surprised
by what you find. Clearly not all dog foods are
created equal! |
|
| “FRESH
MEAT” OR “DRIED MEAT”? |
What is the difference? Some dog food manufacturers
list chicken or lamb as their primary ingredient,
but what are you really getting? Water contributes
up to 65% of the weight of fresh chicken or lamb.
After water is removed during processing, chicken
or lamb are no longer the first ingredients! The
difference between “dried chicken or lamb”
and “chicken and lamb” is mostly water!
In fact, wet chicken or lamb contributes a very
small percentage of the total protein found in
a finished product. The best way to understand
what you are buying is to read the label. Real
dried chicken or lamb meats are typically the
first ingredients in Nutro CHOICE dog foods. |
